The Beginning...


 For as long as I can remember I felt skinny. When I was  10-16 years old I would be  searching the web for pictures of the "thick models" that I wanted to look like. I would search all over for  “gaining weight” tips and had notebooks, journals, stickies, and notes on my laptop full of them.
I have always been  semi-active; swimming, tap dancing,basketball,ballet,track and cheerleading. I’ve recently started working out at the gym last year and everything . I recently figured out my problem which  was not eating enough of the right foods. I never ate breakfast before school, because it was always to early had to attend school at 6:30 which sucked! Then I never was a big "chef" in the kitchen, never had the patience for cooking. 
I was teased for being “too skinny”  when I was a kid and for a long time, I truly believed I was. Sure, I was a bit smaller than others, but I was not anorexic  by any means. I did not feel comfortable in my own skin and it was a terrible thing. However I have become stronger and ready to be comfortable in my own skin.  

Moving on...

I would talk about my weight a lot via the web, in conversation and shockingly a lot of girls have been emailing me and letting me know they had the same problem and suggesting ideas that would  help achieve gaining weight. 

How... 

After all my searching I have finally gathered the information needed to gain weight. I will have new and  healthier recipesworkouts, and vitamins. I’ve always been on the extremely skinny side as mentioned before, and I just would like to get to a weight I am comfortable with.

When?

Starting March 3rd, I will start my weight gain journey and document my experience it will continue until I have reached my ideal weight -130 .
