All this week and next week I will be prepping myself for the big day! I can't believe it is almost here. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. Meal planning is by far the hardest part for me, I'm still creating. However I'll post my meal plan and what I'll be eating for the first week soon. I'm still in the process of creating new pages for recipes, workouts, and supplements & vitmains.
This post is about what I have recently done. Which is set all my alarms to keep me on track for when I'm suppose to eat. They are 2-3hours apart and I'll be eating about 8 small meals daily starting at 6am.
My last meal will be a snack before bed which probably will be a shake. I found this helpful to use my phone so I don't be like a crazy person checking the time all throughout the day. I will be getting my 8hours of rest like I'm suppose to, and when I was doing my research I kept seeing it is good for the body to get up early.
Lastly, I'll be able to get a better nights rest since my eating habits will change and with me being on a schedule which is a great start for me since I'll be leaving for college in the Fall as well for me now I have been more focused on school because I'm starting to train my body better.
